Consumer credit counseling expert Jay Seaton delivered the keynote address. Jay is a recognized community leader in the Cleveland, Ohio region where he developed numerous counseling and financial education programs to serve predominantly low-to-moderate income residents of Greater Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.
